Job Title: IT Systems Administrator, Principal (eDiscovery & Forensics)
Location: Juno Beach, FL
Duration: 12 Months
Summary:
Seeking a Principal IT Systems Administrator with advanced experience in Microsoft Purview and digital forensics. Own operational IT administration, eDiscovery collection, and forensics support for enterprise compliance, legal, and cyber activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise systems hardware/software and infrastructure apps
- Support legal with all Microsoft Purview eDiscovery processes: collection, review, reporting, export/transfer
- Execute and refine forensic, defensible data collection (laptops, mobile, endpoint, cloud) and asset handling
- Maintain and enhance eDiscovery and forensics processes, ensuring chain-of-custody and legal compliance
- Support post-preservation, exports, Early Case Assessment (ECA) tasks, and reporting
- Lead innovation in infrastructure and recommend best practices; solve complex challenges independently
- Train and mentor team members, lead projects, and serve as technical SME
- Interface with vendors (OpenText EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet Forensics, Relativity RelOne, Pinpoint Labs, Logicube)
- Develop/maintain documentation, process standards, and support cross-functional IT/legal/HR teams
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in enterprise IT admin, with Principal-level experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, Windows environment/systems
- Forensic tool experience (EnCase, Cellebrite, Magnet, Pinpoint Labs) preferred
- Familiarity with asset collection, cloud/corporate collections, Relativity RelOne
- Bachelor s preferred, or equivalent experience; outstanding troubleshooting/documentation skills
