  • Ensure functionality, integrity, and security of systems in alignment with program requirements.
  • Maintain and manage system configurations, encryption standards, and patch/update baselines.
  • Manage integration of system fixes, updates, and cybersecurity requirements; apply IA/IS practices as required.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend suitable replacements for End of Life (EOL) and End of Service (EOS) IT equipment.
  • Establish and validate test criteria to ensure outputs are complete, accurate, and mission-ready.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, software, and encryption tools.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate IT and peripheral equipment issues, identifying whether related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
  • Provide user support, training, and technical assistance on system and IT processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of IT equipment, software licenses, and encryption devices.
  • Support warehouse operations, including inspection, processing, labeling, and integration of mission systems.
  • Collect, manage, and visualize program-related data using MS Suite (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.), supporting IPSO reporting and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation in integration, IT support, and reporting processes.
  • Track procurement and logistics needs for IT and field equipment, coordinating with support teams to meet mission demands.
  • Assist with documentation, inventory, and installation of systems supporting network and mission environments.
  • Review and create technical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide recommendations for improving project technology integration, IT solutions, and data visualization approaches.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of applicable experience in IT or integration environments.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols, configurations, encryption, and IT imaging processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • IAT I certification preferred
  • Background check required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate IT solutions (imaging, encryption, automation) into mission support workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement IT and integration efficiencies.
  • Experience managing data, building dashboards, and supporting visualization of program-level metrics.
  • Good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions across organizational needs and constraints.
