Job Details
- Agile N2N is looking for a self-motivated person with experience in TECHNICAL recruitment and making submissions to join our lean agile cross functional team in the Naperville office in the suburbs of Chicago. We are looking for someone with good technical background and who excels in fast turnaround
- Location - Naperville
- Start Date - Immediate

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of requirements and demonstrate expertise in using search to identify the right candidate.
- Should have technical background in reading and understand requirement
- Excellent in doing follow up and follow through, with customers and candidates
- Skilled in keeping candidate warm and in the loop throughout the on-boarding process
- Excellent team player , willing to ask for help and give help
- Result oriented , ability to come up with monthly game-plan and meet targets and deadlines
- Experience working in agile environment and open to feedback for improvement
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission based on performance

- Recruiting: 5 year (Preferred)
