Roles/Responsibilities:
Supports Point of Sale & Fare collection systems, including but not limited to testing, development, installation, reporting and monitoring.
Required to travel for equipment installations, monitoring, training, etc.
Manages day to day testing and implementation of technological advancements and software upgrades. Assist troubleshooting production issues.
Provide technical guidance and acts as liaison to user departments and vendors for the coordination of equipment installations, implementation, and end user training.
Required to assist in other areas within POS and Fare Collection Department, including but not limited to TVM's, TOM's, Platform Validators, OBVs.
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
Experience with SAP desired but not required.
Knowledge in fare collection technology desired but not required.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office application.
Motivated and organized.
Knowledge with Excel.
Valid driver's license is required.
