Role Description:

  • Associate degree or bachelor s degree OR an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources (vendors, Legal, IT Leadership, Business Stakeholders).
  • Vendor lifecycle management
  • Contract management
  • Vendor performance management
  • Relationship management
  • 2+ year experience with accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable), or invoice processing, or billing, or customer service.
  • Experience with data updates into software systems, attention to detail with financials and dates.
  • Familiarity software such as ServiceNow, Coupa, JD Edwards, DocuSign.

Knowledge and Skill Level:

  • Process and analytical skills are essential.
  • Experience reviewing contracts focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic, with conflict resolution skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and provide suggestions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
