IT Workday Architect - Digital Technology Services, Edison, New Jersey (4-day work week onsite)
Overview:
This role is for a senior-level IT Applications Programmer with deep expertise as a Workday Architect. The position involves leading projects, programming, designing, testing, and maintaining complex Workday applications and integrations for Hackensack Meridian Health.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical lead for Workday applications.
- Design and implement custom integrations using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the most complex technical issues.
- Oversee project management and mentor junior programmers.
- Preferred experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 6+ years of relevant experience on the Workday platform.
- Proficiency in complex custom integrations.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Workday Pro Certification.
- Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or where applicable, equivalent applications programming experience (i.e. PeopleSoft tools).
Work environment:
- This is an on-site position in Edison, NJ, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
Compensation starting at $131,144.00 annually
