Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for an ITDR Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!.
This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA or Plano, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled ITDR Engineer to lead the integration and operationalization of the AuthMind SaaS platform within our identity and access management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is pivotal in enhancing our security posture by leveraging identity observability to detect and respond to threats across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate across security, engineering, and compliance teams to design workflows, develop playbooks, and translate identity insights into actionable security operations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Strong grasp of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity
- Familiarity with PKI and certificate managSolid understanding of network design, segmentation, and traffic flow
- Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments
- Ability to correlate identity data with network and endpoint telemetry
- Familiarity with ITDR and ISPM concepts
- Experience integrating identity data into SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Skilled in interpreting identity and network activity to produce actionable insights
- Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate risk trends
- Proven ability to build workflows, runbooks, and escalation procedures
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Exposure to AuthMind or similar identity observability platforms
- Understanding of zero trust architectures and identity-centric security models
- Experience managing identity flows across SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS Security, Okta Certified Professional) are a plus
- Minimum of 5 7 years in identity and access management, network security, or security operations

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
