ITSM Analyst - Hybrid New York, NY - Full Time - $111,000-$150,000 Per Year

Join our team as an ITSM Analyst in a hybrid role based in New York, NY. This full-time position involves managing IT service management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure effective resolution and communication of incidents, utilizing a widely-used IT service management platform.

Key Responsibilities
Support governance and execution of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Manage the Change Management process and lead meetings to ensure compliance.
Oversee Major Incident response to ensure effective communication and resolution.
Collaborate with technology teams to resolve incidents and prevent future issues.
Educate teams on proper incident handling and provide governance to maintain process metrics.

Qualifications
8 years of experience as an ITSM Analyst.
Strong background in Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
Experience delivering service quality within an ITIL framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified ITIL (Foundation) V3 beneficial.
