Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in ServiceNow application development and platform configuration.
- Proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps modules including SIR and VR.
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, and Integration HUB.
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML scripting.
- Experience with REST API and SOAP web service integrations.
- Experience in creating custom reports and interactive performance dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical solutions to meet defined business requirements.
- Implement and maintain complex workflows and process automations.
- Configure and optimize Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Execute client-side and server-side scripting for platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain platform reporting, forms, and analytics dashboards.
