Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 4days WFO)

Job Description Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IVR platforms, ACD, call routing, CTI, and contact center operations.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FSD creation, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or call-flow design tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
