Job Title: IVR Developer Contact Center Domain
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local Candidates Only)/ Contract/ Onsite role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IVR Developer with strong expertise in contact center platforms and call flow optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco IVR systems, and should be comfortable integrating solutions with telephony and CRM systems. This is an onsite contract role in Phoenix, AZ and open to local candidates only.
Responsibilities
Design and implement IVR solutions for enterprise contact center platforms.
Optimize call flows to improve customer experience and efficiency.
Integrate IVR with telephony infrastructure and CRM systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in IVR development (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).
Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telephony protocols.
Proficiency in scripting: VXML, Java, JavaScript.
Experience with API integrations for CRM and telephony systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
