Job Details

Position : Icertis Techno-Functional Consultant
Location : Plano Texas ( Onsite & F2F Interview for Local / Remote for Non -Local)
Experience : 15+ Years
Type of Job : Contarct : 6+ Months

Candidate should be comfortable working from his own laptop
Should be comfortable working in PST time zone

Candidate based in Plano/Dallas Texas needs to attend F2F interview at client office and work from Plano Texas location
Candidate based outside USA can work remotely and attend virtual interview

Responsibilities:
Participate in workshops to gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
Configure Icertis modules in line with client specifications and business needs.
Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions as required.
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Icertis with other enterprise systems.
Liaise with technical teams including testing, development, and support groups to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Drive process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively communicate project and program statuses, highlighting potential risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
Strong functional knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) configuration and customization.
Ability to document functional specifications and work with developers for solution delivery.
Experience with system integrations (ERP, CRM, APIs, middleware).
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience with Icertis implementation projects preferred.
