Our client is seeking a Sr Iconography Designer to join their Brand Design team, a core pillar within Product Foundation. This team is responsible for the creative direction across the product experience, including icons, emoji, illustration, motion, and 3D.

Job Summary

- Maintain and evolve existing iconography
- Ensure consistent brand perception and seamless user experience
This role focuses on crafting intuitive, scalable, and cohesive wayfinding symbols that enhance navigation and reinforce brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers to understand goals and deliver high-quality iconography
- Develop and articulate concepts from ideation through execution
- Ensure consistency across brand perception and user experience
- Translate product needs into visually compelling and intuitive designs
- Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to elevate design quality
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in graphic/visual design across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS + Android)
- Proven experience designing and implementing icon systems at scale
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with external vendors and UX researchers
- Familiarity with 3D design and motion/animation is a plus
