Position: Lead Decision Architect (Pega)
Location: 4x per week onsite in Stamford, Connecticut
Duration: 12+ Months
This is a W2 Position.
Working with a large telecommunications company on the Credit Services team.
Focused on implementing the Pega Decision Hub to enhance real-time data and customer experience.
Focused on implementing the Pega Decision Hub to enhance real-time data and customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Architecture and maintenance of the Pega platform.
Troubleshooting, debugging, upgrading, and deploying Pega applications.
Supporting analysts by building and explaining Pega systems.
Handling data mismatches and system issues, including submitting and managing Pega tickets.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience with Pega and Decisioning (CDH).
Background in software development (Java or similar).
