• Provide comprehensive legal counsel across a wide array of subject areas, including confidentiality, data privacy, regulatory compliance, employment law, intellectual property matters, general commercial issues, and risk management.
• Review, draft, and negotiate an extensive range of commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), software licensing contracts, SaaS agreements, service contracts, consulting agreements, technology licenses, and other operational documents.
• Support legal matters about United States broker-dealer activities and assist with securing regulatory approvals essential for the company's international expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to address both legal and commercial imperatives throughout the organization by offering practical guidance and strategic insight.
• Advise on risk assessment methodologies and contribute to the formulation of effective mitigation strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to evolving regulations impacting the financial technology sector.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement and scaling of the company's legal function as it expands globally.

• Previous involvement with broker-dealer operations or familiarity with data privacy regulatory frameworks would be advantageous, though not obligatory.
• Exhibit advanced contract drafting proficiency coupled with analytical capabilities that enable effective interpretation of complex information.
