- Provide comprehensive legal counsel across a wide array of subject areas, including confidentiality, data privacy, regulatory compliance, employment law, intellectual property matters, general commercial issues, and risk management.
- Review, draft, and negotiate an extensive range of commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), software licensing contracts, SaaS agreements, service contracts, consulting agreements, technology licenses, and other operational documents.
- Support legal matters about United States broker-dealer activities and assist with securing regulatory approvals essential for the company's international expansion into new jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to address both legal and commercial imperatives throughout the organization by offering practical guidance and strategic insight.
