Your Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve, develop and adjust the Schaeffler production system (SPS) for the assigned part of the organization.
- Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
- Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
- Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of experience.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
- SAP software experience.
