Do you have at least 7-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot and maintain production equipment with confidence and efficiency.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring production equipment runs efficiently and safely. This includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting in facility upkeep.

Maintenance Tech Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Maintain equipment records and log all repairs
- Assist with the installation of new equipment
- Follow safety protocols and support continuous improvement
Pay: $32+ per hour (based on experience)
- Shift differential may be available depending on shift assignment
Schedule: Monday to Friday
1st & 2nd shift available + on call rotation
Maintenance Tech Experience or Skill Requirements:
- 7-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
