Information System Security Engineer

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization process under Risk Management Framework for new and existing information systems
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and assisting projects in identifying security risks, including technical and non-technical, and developing effective mitigation strategies, including Plan of Action and Milestones
  • Ability to e nsure all products and administrative documentation is completed and maintained, including for continuity and historical reference
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement network security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation
  • Knowledge of supporting the development or modification of System Security Plans, security requirements, and supporting documentation for the Assessment and Authorization process
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Amazon Web Service (AWS) or Cloud Service Provider Certification


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with i dentifying information protection needs for an IS and Network environment
  • Knowledge of integrating and implementing security with Cross Domain Solutions for use within an IS and Network environment
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
