Job Details
Position Title: Infrastructure Analyst Mid
Skillset
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
Skillset
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
- Demonstrated technical experience.
- Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Skilled in writing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for creating and deploying Windows images.
- Experience with task sequences, deployment shares, and custom images.
- Understanding of VBScript syntax, functions, and error handling.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Project management.
- Vendor management.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Service-Now
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
