Job Description

The Infrastructure Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent technology projects of significant scope, scale, and risk within a program/portfolio. This role requires strong project management discipline, the ability to adopt corporate project standards (aligned with PMI), and experience with IT controls, risk, and regulatory requirements. The PM will leverage tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, ServiceNow, and Clarity-PPM to streamline project delivery, automate reporting, and train teams. In addition, the PM will partner with stakeholders to plan and manage resources, ensure communication and transparency, and deliver successful project outcomes in both Agile and Hybrid environments.

Required Skills

  • PMI certification: PMP or Agile (PMI-ACP / CSM).
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with technology projects.
  • Proven track record leading multiple concurrent projects under a program/portfolio.
  • Expertise in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, Clarity-PPM, MS Office Suite, Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (APM, API Inventory, ITAM, GRC, IPTs, CMDB).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed environment and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with infrastructure technology solutions (Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware, Mainframe).
  • Prior experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Risk management expertise: audits, regulator exams, MRA/MRIA, consent orders.
  • Experience managing application development projects.
