**Onsite | Irvine, CA**

Our client is seeking a Infrastructure TPM to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Rate: $130k - $160k / annually

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives including data center upgrades, cloud migrations, network enhancements, cybersecurity, and compliance-driven changes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
  • Drive change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of infrastructure changes in regulated environments.
  • Ensure alignment with ITSM and ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including risk logs, issue tracking, and status reports.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using JIRA and other agile tools.
  • Coordinate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Assist department leaders with vendor management, contract negotiation and communications with those vendors.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, including both on-prem and cloud (Azure) environments.
  • Strong technical experience with network, data center, identity access management and cloud.
  • Proven experience with change management in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including network engineers, cloud architects, and security analysts.
  • Demonstrated technical project management experience, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred
  • Strong experience in Jira Software and Service Management preferred


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
