Job Details

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, financials, and resource allocations.
  • Track and communicate project and initiative progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide team priorities.
  • Identify and address risks and impediments affecting project or team progress; work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and values.
