Description of Duties
1. Responsible for connecting the different systems, applications, and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud telephony and IVR, web portals, mobile apps, middleware systems, document storage and retrieval solutions, cloud hosting, and more, to ensure they technically work seamlessly together for best in class performance.
2. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using tools such as .Net, and Go (Golang).
3. Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and cloud native distributed systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
6. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
7. Stay current with .Net, and GoLang best practices and emerging technologies, applying best practices towards leveraging on-demand open APIs.
8. Design and develop scalable and resilient technical architectures to integrate SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and external systems for tolling projects (e.g., payment gateways, backend databases, traffic management systems).
9. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and industry standards.
10. Utilize deep knowledge of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure) and SAP BRIM to architect solutions that comply with tolling industry regulations and operational requirements.
11. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and operational continuity.
12. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust digital payment solutions.
13. Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
14. Evaluate and recommend appropriate payment platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
15. Implement robust security measures for data protection, encryption, and fraud prevention.
16. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and other relevant regulations (SOX, SOC2/3, CSA, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.).
17. Optimize transaction processing speed, latency, and reliability and monitor system performance troubleshooting issues promptly.
18. Lead and participate in project team activities for enterprise systems.
19. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
20. Analyze solution components and integration models for high-volume processing.
