RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Project Manager in Spring, TX.
Summary:
As part of the strategic integration, we are seeking a Distribution Integration Project Lead to drive key initiatives across our combined distributor ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for workstreams focused on reconciling distributor lists, aligning coverage strategies, and harmonizing operational models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the reconciliation of distributor rosters, identifying overlaps, gaps, and strategic opportunities
* Develop and execute project plans to align distributor coverage and go-to-market strategies
* Support the integration of distributor management processes, tools, and communications across both organizations
* Track milestones, manage status reporting, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
* Create and maintain clear, actionable documentation (PPT, XLS) to support decision-making and executive updates
* Drive progress from current -yellow/red- status to -green- by proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in tech channel operations, ideally with or within distributors such as Tech Data, Ingram Micro, etc.
* Strong understanding of the two-tier channel model and distributor dynamics
* Proven project management skills: milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and issue escalation
* Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate concepts into clear, review-ready materials
* Highly proactive and execution-oriented; A -driver- who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in integration or transformation projects within a tech company
* PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
