We are looking for an Integration Test Lead to join our growing team in Canton, MA United States!
Job Description:
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years focused on integration testing in complex system landscapes.
- Outstanding communication skills - able to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, middleware, data flows, and system interoperability.
- Experience testing across multiple domains (web, mobile, backend services) and technology stacks.
- Knowledge on POS systems.
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.
- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
- At least 6 years of experience. (This is an individual contributor role).
- Integration Test Lead with strong hands-on testing expertise and exceptional communication skills.
- This role requires working onsite at the client s office, Monday through Friday.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving integration testing across complex, multi-system environments.
