Job Details

As our IT Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our IT department-providing Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations. You'll be the first point of contact for internal users, helping resolve issues quickly and empathetically while documenting solutions in Freshdesk to keep our team sharp and informed.
  • Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems, hardware, and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or escalate when needed
  • Travel between facilities to deliver on-site support and maintain service consistency
  • Communicate clearly with users of all tech levels-from power users to tech novices
  • Document resolutions thoroughly to support team knowledge sharing

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting end users in IT or help desk environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows-heavy ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with a diverse user base
  • Bonus points for experience with Windows Server or relevant certifications

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
