Leidos is currently seeking a Intelligence Professional for a JASSM Targeting Analyst Position at Offutt AFB.

This is an exciting opportunity to use you experience to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. In this targeting mission the incumbent will successfully complete and maintain any Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training, per squadron TAM training curriculums or outside advanced JASSM training. .The Analyst shall implement effective and relevant training on all subtasks identified as directed by the Government.

Note-Travel is 10 %

Primary Responsibilities
  • Complete and maintain any Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training, per squadron TAM training curriculums or outside advanced JASSM training.
  • Build TAM 3D models supporting the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.
  • Knowledgeable with imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications
  • Be able to see stereo imagery.
  • Implement effective and relevant training on all subtasks identified by the Government.
  • JASSM production management, tasking, tracking and reporting.
  • Apply knowledge of JASSM targeting, weaponeering and modeling processes
  • Applicable Intelligence Community resources and operational Air Force unit procedures to improve, standardize and evaluate (STANEVAL) JASSM TAM operations
  • Assist with the development, refinement and integration of JASSM TAM tasking, production, and dissemination workflow management procedures; targeting and data product outputs; and the definition /evaluation of operational unit information accesses and procedures to acquire relevant data.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree and 4+ years experience . Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have a current Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and work on high-visibility products with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Experience with the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and tools that interact with MIDB, specifically Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW).
  • Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, Precision Targeting Module (PTM) and JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) operating systems and weapon system routing and visualization capabilities.
  • Knowledge of NTM imaging systems and tasking procedures and National Geospatial Agency imagery delivery systems (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore, etc.) is also required.
  • Familiarization with the JASSM production workflow systems, databases, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include, but not limited to, JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), On Target, Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), National Production Workshop (NPW), and Google Earth.
  • Knowledge of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine. Candidate must have a broad understanding of AF intelligence functions and the targeting
  • Knowledge of IC enterprise
  • Excellent presentation skills, organization skills, analytic skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable with imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications


Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
