Experience in JDE, Homebuilder, Construction
" Project SME (Subject Matter Expert)
" Document current business process
" Create and modify test scripts.
" Test configurations and provide support to business for testing and sign-off.
" Lead functional support during 'go live'.
" Client support, including level 3 issues.
" Design Lead
" Industry Credentials
" Training and Mentoring
" Root Cause Analysis
" Document current business process
