ZOHO ONE ADMINSTRATION
Job Details
Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a banking client with an immediate need for a JR ZOHO ADMINISTRATOR with the following background and skills:
Deluge Scripting: Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes. Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes.
Business Requirements: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications.
Documentation: Work closely with department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms, formulas, and KPI's for the organization.
Must Have Technical Skills:
Managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms, experience with programming languages, experience working with databases
Required bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field in addition to relevant work experience
Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer nice to have
