Job Details

Required Qualifications:
Must be Japanese bilingual - fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
5+ years of experience related to Business Case Creation and Tracking
Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
5+ years of budget management and financial oversight.
5+ years experience associated with risk identification and mitigation planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Japanese).
Strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
