We re Hiring: Java Architect Banking Domain
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)

Visa: -EAD, GC.
Are you an experienced Java Architect with strong expertise in the banking and financial services domain? We are looking for a hands-on technology leader who can drive architecture, scalability, and performance for enterprise-grade solutions.

What You ll Do
Lead architecture and design for large-scale, secure, and high-performance Java-based applications.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders in the banking domain to deliver innovative solutions.
Define best practices for coding, design, and application security.
Guide teams on performance optimization, integration, and modernization of legacy systems.
Stay ahead with emerging technologies to ensure scalable and future-ready architecture.

What We re Looking For
15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies, with at least 3+ years as an Architect.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
Solid understanding of banking/financial services processes (payments, risk, compliance, trading, or core banking).
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
