Our client is currently looking for a Mid-Sr. Level Software engineer. They are in the Automated Retail solutions industry where they are enabling enterprises to make smarter decisions and providing unparalleled client and consumer experiences utilizing AI, data analytics, cloud technology and mobile app development. They are looking to hire a Software engineer with 5 years+ of experience with Java and AWS. They have a number of large projects in the pipeline and are looking for a consistent engineer.
- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in the job offered (defined as the occupation of Java software engineering)
- Designing and implementing RESTful Enterprise platforms using JVM software (Java)
- Design and implementation of code with Java Middleware (e.g. Hibernate, Spring);
- Designing and implementing relational schema in MySQL, and Oracle.
- Technical leadership of an engineering team to build, deploy, and support a reliable, performant and scalable RESTful platform;
- Mentoring junior engineers on design patterns as well as design and implementation best practices (including Agile methodologies).
