Job Details
Location- Sunnyvale CA(Only Local to Sunnyvale CA, Relocation will not work)
Job Title- Backend Engineer-Java
Requirements:
- Designs, develops, and implements Java applications to support business requirements.
- Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 7 - 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Working on cloud experience such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, deploying containerized applications, building data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform DataFlow and Apache Beam.
- Java 9+ and Spring Boot technologies.
- Should have hands on experience on SQL/NOSQL databases such as Postgres, MSSQL, Cosmos, Cassandra, MongoDB.
- Should have strong hands-on experience on event driven systems such as Kafka .
