Must have skillset is Java/Spring/Microservices/Kafka/AWS Mandatory skills
Must be very strong with API's
They are using ECS/EKS for deployment
Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
There is going to be very little time to ramp up They're expected to hit the ground running
Financial Services/Payments is a HUGE plus
