Job Details

Skills Preferred

Strong knowledge/experience with Java web development using JSP, Struts version 1 or 2, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hibernate framework, MVC design, Oracle Database 12c or later. Oracle WebLogic 12c, Eclipse IDE, and Git version control and strong experience/knowledge of relational databases. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Good communication, both verbal and written.

Experience Required

This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Experience Preferred

Proven working experience in Java development, minimum of 5 years of experience.

Education Required

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Education Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.

Additional Information

Must be a California resident. Overtime may be required.
