Job Title: Java Tech Lead/Developer - 4 Positions
Location: Columbus, OH or Charlotte, NC Onsite ( Locals Preferred )
Duration: Long Term Contract
Tax Terms: W2/1099
Job Description:
1. At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
2. Strong Java experience, Java EE, Jakarta, and Java 17 or 21.
3. Strong experience with microservices, development, monitoring, and deployment.
4. Ability to identify tech debt and handle it properly during work estimation and planning.
5. Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and OpenShift Cloud Platform.
6. Experience in code reviewing, peer programming, clean coding, and best practices.
7. Experience in core bank applications, such as Hogan, based on the COBOL language, is a plus.
8. Experience with Diebold Nixdorf Banking Solution products like Transaction Manager is a plus.
9. Experience in electronic payments processing, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 is a plus.
