Job Details

Job Title: Java Lead
Job Location: Parsippany, NJ
Project Duration: Long Term
Contract Type: W2 Employment Only


Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in systems life cycle management (analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation). Collaborate with customers on system enhancements, ensure delivery of robust applications, and support AD initiatives.
Guide and mentor junior team members, influence department and project teams, and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Knowledge areas: disaster recovery, foundation architecture, IS analysis, solution generation, application solutions, emerging technologies, problem management, project risk management, and technical writing.

Requirements: strong leadership skills, 8+ years in Java development, proven expertise in system design and architecture, project management, and quality assurance practices.
