We re Hiring Java Lead (Onsite | Las Vegas, NV)

Are you a seasoned Java Backend Lead ready to drive high-performance microservices architecture in a fast-paced environment?
We re looking for a hands-on technical leader who loves solving complex problems and mentoring teams!

Role: Java Lead
Experience: 13+ years (with at least 2+ years in team leadership)
Tech Stack: Spring Boot, Microservices, Reactive (Mono/Flux), RESTful APIs
Location: Onsite Las Vegas, NV (Local or nearby candidates only)
Type: Open to Full-time (FTE) or C2C
