Key Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite consultant between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
Lead architecture and design discussions; propose technical solutions and approaches.
Coordinate project activities, priorities, and sprint deliverables with offshore teams.
Provide technical guidance and ensure quality delivery aligned with best practices.
Track project progress, manage risks, and handle communication and escalation effectively.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment across distributed teams.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud SQL, etc.).
Proven experience in API design, integration, and cloud-native application development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in leading distributed teams across onsite-offshore delivery models.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
