Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in Jira Software and Jira ITSM administration and development.
- Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for complex query building.
- Experience with Jira REST APIs and scripting for custom integrations.
- Experience with key Jira plugins like ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.
- Experience with Jira on-premise to cloud migration.
- Experience with Active Directory, access controls, and identity management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects in a cloud environment.
- Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for scalable Jira solutions.
- Utilize Jira REST APIs and scripting (HTML/JavaScript) for customizations.
- Work with key plugins including ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.
- Provide clear, well-structured documentation for technical processes.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
