Job Title: Operations Manager Cloud & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of cloud & IT infrastructure services ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes; drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Oversee system patching, upgrades, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define and enforce operational standards, runbooks, SLAs, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, application, and security teams to support business continuity and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams; build capability and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Report on KPIs, risks, and operational health to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in IT / Cloud Infrastructure Operations with 3 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, service delivery).
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) and modern infrastructure tools.
• Experience managing teams supporting 24x7 operations.
• Proven ability to define and track KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• ITIL / PMP certification.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance).
• Background in automation, monitoring, and service reliability practices.
