Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Electrician to join our team and support electrical operations across a diverse, multi-site organization. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality service with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and service electrical systems and equipment across multiple facilities.
  • \n
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions using blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications.
  • \n
  • Test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • \n
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by completing tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • \n
  • Provide on-site support five days a week, with on-call availability as needed.
  • \n

What We're Looking For
    \n
  • \nExperience: Minimum of 10 years working with high-voltage systems in commercial or industrial settings.
  • \n
  • \nLicensing: Must hold a valid MA Journeyman Electrician license.
  • \n
  • \nPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • \n
  • \nTechnical Skills: Proficient in repairing, maintaining, and installing electrical systems including motors and transformers.
  • \n
  • \nWork Style: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively; flexible to support scheduled and unscheduled service needs.
