Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support client relationships, assist in driving revenue growth, and learn the fundamentals of managing technology-focused accounts. In this role, you will assist senior team members in managing accounts that involve technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, and other enterprise solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management and enterprise technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:* Client Support: Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by supporting day-to-day communication and ensuring timely follow-ups.* Account Coordination: Help prepare account plans, client updates, and internal reports under the guidance of senior account managers.* Opportunity Tracking: Support the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities by gathering client feedback and monitoring account activity.* Issue Resolution: Escalate client concerns to the appropriate teams and assist in coordinating resolutions.* Reporting: Compile and deliver regular performance reports, metrics, and updates to senior account managers and clients.* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including recruitment, HR, and delivery to ensure smooth execution of client projects.* Learning & Development: Stay updated on enterprise technologies and participate in training to build product and industry knowledge.Qualifications:* Experience: 0 2 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, or a related role (internships or entry-level roles in IT services or consulting are a plus).* Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Skills:* Basic understanding or strong interest in enterprise technology solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Attributes:* Eager to learn and develop skills in account management and technology solutions.* Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks.* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Preferred:* Prior internship or experience in IT services, technology consulting, or sales support.* Interest in pursuing certifications or training in enterprise technologies or account management.
