Responsibilities:
- Write/refine user stories, maintain backlog, and align Agile teams around requirements.
- Pull and analyze alert performance/adoption data, highlight new opportunities, and measure member impact.
- Document intake requests and template changes, map current and future journeys, and create decks/presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Manage intake processes for new alert templates and opportunity requests.
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark alert and digital engagement strategies.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine requirements into actionable stories.
- Translate data/research into clear decks and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support backlog prioritization and Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain documentation of current and future state flows.
Required Qualifications:
- Journey Mapping & Business Analysis (5+ years).
- Ability to map/document current and future member journeys, identify pain points, and define user stories aligned with digital alerts strategy.

- Digital Product & Agile Experience (3 5 years)
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to bring requirements to life.

- Data Analysis & Communication (3+ years)
- Skilled in analyzing data (alert performance, adoption, engagement) and turning insights into compelling decks and presentations for leadership.
- Jira, Tableau, and Confluence/MS Suite experience.
- Must have digital product knowledge (preferably in financial services, banking, or consumer-facing apps).
- Strong ability to turn data into a story through decks/presentations.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple Product Owners.
- Should enjoy working with data, customer journeys, and digital experiences.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with digital alerts/notifications, managing template libraries, or working with compliance/risk in financial services.
