Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and sprint planning sessions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by documenting test cases and tracking issues
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
- User Manuals
- API Documentation
- Process Workflows
- Release Notes
- Training Materials
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation
- Ensure documentation adheres to internal style guides and documentation standards
- Organize and manage content repositories and version control systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, IT, English, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing
