Requirements:

• Degree in data science, data analytics, computer science, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of work experience in analytics and/or quality related job functions
• 1 year experience with Python scripting language in the context of data analysis (Pandas library, etc)
• 1 year experience with SQL
• Some Elastic Search query language experience
• Strong analytics and presentation skills - able to tell compelling stories with data
• Strong critical thinking skills - adept at problem solving and working with incomplete or conflicting data sets
• Solid scripting language experience in the context of data engineering or data analysis
• Passionate about improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Powerpoint and Excel
• Experience working with big data systems and platforms
• Able to work independently and remotely with minimal direction

Preferred/not required:

• 2 years experience with Python scripting language in the context of data analysis (Pandas library, etc)
• 2 years experience with SQL
• 1 year experience with Linux operating system
• 1 year of triage, debugging and/or root cause analysis experience
• 1 year of Elastic Search query language experience
• Scala language experience
• Databricks platform experience
• WiFi domain experience
• Embedded systems experience
• Project management skills
• Home automation equipment experience
• Customer premises equipment design, development or support experience
