Junior Process Engineer / Administrator
Salt Lake City, Utah
Contract-to-Hire position
$40 - $45 per hour contract with a conversion salary of $70K to $80K annually

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer / Administrator to support manufacturing and business process efficiency while providing administrative support to the engineering team. This role focuses on process documentation, coordination, and follow-through to improve productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Document and analyze workflows to support process improvements
  • Create process maps and visual diagrams
  • Manage and maintain project and process documentation
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas , and capture notes
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders
  • Coordinate events , meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative support to the engineering team
Requirements
  • College degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with process mapping and creating visual diagrams
  • Ability to set up meetings and manage action item follow-ups
  • Experience coordinating events and travel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools
Bonus Skills
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
  • Internship or entry-level experience in manufacturing or operations
