Position Overview

• We are looking for a Junior Techno-Functional NetSuite Developer who can support configuration, basic customization, and day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of NetSuite development and a good understanding of core business processes in Finance, Operations, and Sales.
• This role will work under senior team members and assist in building solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business users

Key Responsibilities

Technical

• Assist in developing and customizing NetSuite using SuiteScript (2.x preferred).
• Support configuration of custom fields, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
• Help maintain user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Assist in basic SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder customizations.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex ones to senior developers.
• Learn and support simple API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Functional

• Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to collect and understand requirements.
• Assist in documenting requirements, workflows, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in NetSuite enhancements and small module rollouts.
• Provide user support and help with training materials.
• Ensure data accuracy and follow best practices under guidance.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience with NetSuite administration or development.
• Basic understanding of:
• SuiteScript 2.x
• SuiteFlow / SuiteBuilder
• SuiteAnalytics / Saved Searches
• Knowledge of core NetSuite modules:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR)
• Order-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay
• Inventory
• CRM (nice to have)

Preferred

• Experience with NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Exposure to tools like Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft (not required).
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation or SuiteAnalytics) are a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments is helpful.

• Ability to follow guidance from senior developers and manage tasks independently.
