Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Design end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Lead solution blueprinting and provide guidance on integration with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and deliver functional and technical specifications.
- Own the configuration, customization, and deployment of Kinaxis modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Drive data modeling, workflow design, and scenario creation within RapidResponse.
- Define best practices and governance standards for Kinaxis implementations.
- Provide leadership during project execution, including overseeing developers and functional consultants.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and project managers.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay current on Kinaxis product enhancements and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain solutions, with 4+ years specifically in Kinaxis RapidResponse architecture.
- Proven experience implementing and scaling Kinaxis across complex environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory).
- Expertise in data integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Hands-on experience with scripting, data modeling, and building dashboards in RapidResponse.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Kinaxis Certified Solution Architect or Kinaxis Level 2 Certification.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
- Knowledge of additional planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
