About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Kinaxis Consultant to join our client's global supply chain team. This is a fast-moving backfill role - ideal for someone who can jump in quickly, support planning systems, and drive performance improvements with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do

  • Configure and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse for supply chain planning (forecasting, demand/supply, capacity).

  • Analyze data flows and troubleshoot integration issues with other enterprise systems.

  • Work closely with global supply chain and IT teams to align planning tools with business goals.

  • Run performance testing, identify gaps, and improve system speed and reliability.

  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and configuration updates for planning solutions.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar Advanced Planning Systems (APS).

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (forecasting, demand, supply, capacity).

  • Skilled in Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, and scenario management.

  • Experience improving system performance and conducting technical testing.

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a global, hybrid team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SAP-integrated systems.

  • Background in supply chain analytics, ERP, or APO transitions.
